Hasse Bruniusson: He became a professional drummer in the mid-sixties in a pop-group called OBJECTIONS and in 1969 he formed the most renowned avant-garde/progressive rock-band ever in Sweden called Samla Mammas Manna. They made several LP's during the seventies and made tours in Europe together with Henry Cow, Art Zoyd, Univers Zero, Etron Fou and Stormy Six in their own alternative music movement called "Rock In Opposition". Hasse broke up with Samla in 1979. After that he made a solo record called "MANNAMINNE" in 1982/83 and played in various projects and music styles during the eighties. To name a few there was Fantasia (with Roine Stolt), Triangulus (with Peter Bryngelsson), Nya Ljudbolaget (with Ove Karlsson) and Fred Frith (listen to the record "CHEAP AT HALF THE PRICE"!). He has also been linked to CLAVIA who has developed the electronic drum kit named "D-drums", which made it possible for him to make his own electronic set-up called "Apparatorium", a futuristic Electro-acoustic drum kit made for "one man band "playing. In 1991 Samla Mammas Manna was reunited by the initiative of Hasse and in 1992 he became an important key member in the Art-Rock band Ensemble Nimbus. The same year you could also find Hasse as mainly the percussionist player in Roine Stolt's new symphonic rock group "THE FLOWER KINGS". When Samla disbanded due to heavy conflicts in 1999 Hasse started to focus much on his own music making. After the release of his second solo recording now on the CD "Hasse Bruniusson proudly presents: FLYING FOOD CIRCUS" in 2002, Hasse also did start a new Live band using the same name. (his first solo album called "Manna Minne" was released on Vinyl in 1983) The Flying Food Circus present band members are; Håkan Almkvist, Bobo Andersson, Hasse Bruniusson and Erik Lidholm.
